Select credentials include American Council on Exercise (ACE), Dance Fitness (Zumba), Fit-For-Birth, Active Life Specialization, Functional Power Training (P90X), Spartan Group Exercise (SGX), Extreme Performance Training (XPT), and Intentional Living Specialization.

What is referred to as “health 2.0” (and sometimes 3.0) is a shift from the traditional, top-down model of healthcare to a more participatory, personalized, and preventive approach.
It emphasizes collaboration between individuals and providers, integration of digital tools and data, and a stronger focus on self-care, lifestyle, and long-term wellbeing — moving beyond treating illness when it occurs, but to actively support healthspan and quality of life.

All toolkits, courses and booking sessions are paid via PayPal.
Additional payment options are being considered and will be announced as soon as they become available.

Due to the nature of digital products, MNFST does not offer refunds when purchasing toolkits or courses.
Booked sessions can be canceled 24 hours in advance for a full refund and / or credit for a future session. If there was no cancelation request made, and the attendee was not present, no refund will be made.

Yes.
If you are interested in grouping either the toolkits and / or courses, there are bundle options in our online store, providing greater savings.
If you are interested in booking multiple sessions, MNFST offers weekly, monthly and seasonal batches. Additionally, as headcount for group sessions increases by referring and bringing others you know, the session fees will be reduced on a scale.
