MNFST is a holistic pathway to longevity, health span and personal fulfillment, informed by a large, vetted and proven library of collaborators and sources, focused on the six areas of life, and offering three levels of support and guidance for each.

Doctors are there when something goes wrong — they’re trained to diagnose and treat. Clinics offer treatments at scale, often focused on short-term outcomes. Therapists help us work through varying challenges, but their time is often limited by insurance. Coaches can offer guidance, but usually in one narrow area — like career, relationships, or fitness. Wearables track your numbers, but data alone rarely changes behavior — human involvement is what makes the data meaningful.

All of these are important. They each play a vital role in your health, longevity, and personal growth. But it's just as important to understand where their limits are — and how they fit into the bigger picture.

That’s where MNFST comes in. We bridge the gaps, synthesizing insights from across disciplines and translating them into an actionable path forward, and help you live it. We’re built to work alongside physicians, therapists, nutritionists, coaches and more — licensed and equipped to be part of your larger care team. Think of us as the connective tissue that keeps everything aligned and moving toward your long-term wellbeing.

We keep things as simple as possible - life is complicated enough as it is. We only want what’s effective - honest timeless results, no trends. We want to keep it accessible - money is not a factor or deterrent. We champion your collective - it’s the multigenerational family and friends perspective.

We champion a ‘navigator method’, made up of four phases - orient, explore, and discover, which creates a repeatable mental, physical and even emotional framework for tackling life’s complexities to reach the treasures you were meant for.

MNFST is designed for anyone seeking to live with more clarity, vitality, and purpose — especially during life’s pivotal transitions. We offer specialized support for people navigating parenthood, pre/post-menopause, andropause, or the natural changes of aging.

That said, MNFST isn’t only for midlife or later stages. If you're younger, don’t count yourself out — our philosophy is rooted in prevention, preparation, and personal growth. The earlier you begin building a strong foundation of wellness and self-awareness, the better equipped you’ll be for every chapter ahead.

• Guided – Enroll in on-demand courses, structured programs, or join live seminars and workshops without a big commitment. Perfect for those who want rhythm, support, and accountability.

• Personalized – Work one-on-one with a coach or book custom sessions tailored to your goals, history, and lifestyle. Best if you're seeking deeper transformation or expert support.

You can shift between these levels as your needs evolve. MNFST is here to help you move forward — your way.

We work with you directly, whether in person or virtually. Every coaching session is run by one of the cofounders - Margo L. and Raul S., and the creation of a support team is currently underway as well.

Our team holds a number of varying degrees, certifications and licenses accompanied by over two decades of personal and professional experience.

Select credentials include American Council on Exercise (ACE), Dance Fitness (Zumba), Fit-For-Birth, Active Life Specialization, Functional Power Training (P90X), Spartan Group Exercise (SGX), Extreme Performance Training (XPT), and Intentional Living Specialization.

While our work is rooted in personal and professional experience, we also know there are huge amounts of information out there to draw from, so we have “reduced the noise” by consuming and reviewing a great deal of field professionals, specialists and service providers, and vetted our own trusted Source Library — individuals and insights that align with our philosophy and the way we serve.
